Conference Banquet for 140 was held in Darwin Dining at the Univeristy of Kent 

Guests were served:

Spinach and Canterbury cobble cheese tart

Chicken breast with a tarragon cream sauce, dauphinoise  potatoes, cream and garlic

Raspberry and white chocolate meringue roulade
