SEFPRO has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GLASS SERVICE
SEFPRO, a business unit of Saint-Gobain Ceramics, is thrilled to
announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GLASS SERVICE. Closing of the transaction is subject to antitrust approvals and is expected by the end of the first half of 2024.
There's some interesting consolidation in the suppliers to the glass industry. Furnace Solutions will be interesting in June - hopefully Stuart Hakes will give us his views from the inside.
