GT V02 1961 114-116
The manufacture of die cast-iron bar by both the static and continuous processes is described. Most of the iron produced is a medium phosphorus grey iron but limited quantities of a nickel chromium alloyed iron are supplied for conditions requiring extra wear resistance.
