Dichroic glass artwork for New York High Line Park
On Growth is an artwork designed by Canadian artist Kapwani Kiwanga for the High Line Park in New York. It is a made from 4 mm ultra clear glass and 5 mm (blue/green) dichroic glass.
Hongjia Glass wanted to create an exhibition of sculpture models of artworks in the High Line Park. More than 80 artists proposed different plans. In the end, two of 12 proposals were selected for exhibition. On Growth is one of them.
